It's official




I've recently started to track everything I eat in a app called "Bulk up" which helps me to keep track of what I eat and how many calories and grams of protein I contain a day. My protein target is 270 grams, which is a reasonable target but cannot be done without consistency and planning. I've got some questions regarding what type of shoes i use for lifting. My favorites are the Nike metcon which works for both lifting and jumping. Nike released their weightlifting shoe called "metcon 2" couple days ago, and I couldn't fight against the urge to order.
