The word fitness has become a big thing across the world and many are aware of that a good diet is important to have a healthy lifestyle. The most difficult part of eating healthy is to stick to it, everyone can eat healthy for a week, to later fall back into your old routine. There are a lot of different strategies that can be used, depending on what your goal is, some people may want to get bigger and some may want to get leaner. Me and Rich are not on any specific diet right now, just because we are in school and can't always choose what to eat. Eventough we are not on a strict diet is there still things we try to avoid, such as bread (especially white) late dinners, and sugar. 
All these things are very basic and nothing crazy!
