Heeey guys, Emil here! I hope everyone had a good Tuesday. My day has been pretty tough, it was filled with a lot of planning and errands. It´s hard to go to college and still work out 2 times a day.. haha. You want to get A's in all your classes, but still be able to Workout and have an healthy diet (which is not easy by eating the food served by Campus Center). To compensate, different protein shakes and smoothies come handy.  For the people who are just trying to lose weight and not build muscles, nutrition is almost even more important. Stay focused and in tune with a diet that suits you the best. The first workout of today was a back workout in the morning with Rich where the focus was too feel your muscles by using a bit lighter weights then usual. The workout lasted for two hours which is even for us a long workout. We usually go for one hour and a half, but I wanted to push RIch a little bit extra today after his vacation to Lake Placid where he had no access to a gym. After getting out of my last class at 5, I went to the gym for my second workout. I did a lot of Crossfit cercuits that included many cleans. The workout was about 45 minutes and not as hard as the one we did in the morning, but it felt good to get another sweat. After 3 classes, 1 math quiz, and two workouts, I am now sitting in the library trying to do some homework. It has been a hectic day but I need those days, otherwise I have to much energy. People with less energy than me might be annoyed by my excentric behavior so to cool down a little bit I work out. I also believe that it is hard to sit down with my school work when I know that there are things I could improve in the weight room. I know that it sounds weird, but everyone has their own needs. It feels great to know that I achieved something today, and I hope many of you feel the same way when you go to bed tonight. Have a freaky night people// E
