Hey guys, we just created a GoPro video to show how we usually warm up for our back workouts, our dynamic stretch is not in the video but we do that as well. This is our second video, but only our first that we actually had to edit so don´t be too hard on us if it´s not perfect yet haha. Hope you enjoy // Freaks of Nature
