 Yooo freaks! Emil here, hope everyone is having a good week so far! I been getting things done in the gym, but in the classroom aswell. Me and Rich started on a new workout plan for the next 4 weeks, which I am really pumped about! We are gonna hit hevy weights for two strait weeks, and then go into two weeks with lighter weights and more reps in different forms. The second week is going to include many body excercises and different crossfit wods, which I loves! Can't wait to push rich through a lovely "Fran" which includes thrusters and pull ups for time. Me and Rich have spent the last two days, testing ourselves in different excercises. Testing your Max and how many repetitions you can do on a certain weight is very important, it helps you to get a better picture of where you are in your training, and what you need to improve. Me and rich are never satisfied and sees the numbers as something to beat! After doing tests in the morning, was it nice to finally get a real workout. We killed cheast and triceps for one and a half hour, and I felt that we were pushing it more than we usually do! Remember to achieve something everyday, and you will find succes! Peace out animals
